The Name

Looking at a map of the South of France you will find ‘Rouvière’ proudly labelled in
the tiny hamlet of

Châteauvert. The Rouvière land makes up about 150 acres of the
Routas estate, including the vines that

produce our Rouvière Rosé. In Spring and Summer
the vines are surrounded by Provençal wildflowers

and herbs.

The Wine

A vibrant, dry, full-flavoured rosé epitomizing finesse. Beautiful in colour with a berry floral nose and fresh flavours of wild strawberries, hints of pepper and anise. Very versatile and matches perfectly with grilled white meats, seafood, dry cheeses and salads.
